The goods are shipped in a thermobox with dry ice that reaches temperatures as low as -79°C. After you receive the message that the goods have been sent, you have 48 hours in which to pick up/accept the goods and store them in accordance with the storage conditions listed on the packaging (-18°C and below). After opening the thermobox, immediately place the goods in a freezer or eat them.

Notice: Do not touch dry ice without protective equipment. Because its temperature is very low, you could suffer burns. After removing the goods, close the thermobox and wait 24 hours for the dry ice to slowly evaporate.
