The orange queen of our gardens

The Health Fruit origins in northern China. Its orange color is caused by high amount of beta-caroten. It is a very reliable source of protein and contains a lot of fiber. Apricots also help to keep the balance of our nerve system. Your body receives the recommended daily dose of antioxidants and vitamin A after eating only five small-sized apricots.
